Oooo, it’s that time again where we talk about the books we’re excited for! I do these on a month-to-month basis for my own sanity, LOL.
‘Waiting on’ Wednesday (WoW) is a book blog meme hosted by Breaking the Spine. It’s really easy to participate: all you have to do is feature upcoming books you’re excited about–it doesn’t necessarily have to release the next month. But for my own sanity, I try to feature books month-by-month.
I’m at a loss for words to even describe how amazing these books sound. Like please give me all the Arthurian legend retellings? Yes, please, more The Raven Cycle universe. And hello, I loved The Night Circus and Erin Morgenstern can do no wrong? Yep, yep, yep.
If you want to check out where Kiersten is touring for The Guinevere Deception, check out her website here. I haven’t heard anything about a Call Down the Hawk tour but if there is, let me know and I’ll be sure to update this page.
I’m happy to announce that Erin Morgenstern will tour near me in 2020 for The Starless Sea. I’ve already bought my ticket for the event, and I just can’t wait! Check out all her stops on her website.
I feel like this book is going to break my heart but I’m kind of okay with that, lol. The cover is gorgeous as a picture, so I can’t want to hold it in my hands!
The author also has some events up on her website as well. There aren’t many events so far, but keep an eye out to see if more dates are added after the book releases.
Also, read the synopsis and you’ll see what I mean when I think it’ll break my heart:
“Eighteen-year-old Devon longs for two things.
And the boy she fell in love with last summer.
When Ashton breaks Devon’s heart at the end of the most romantic and magical summer ever, she thinks her heart will never heal again. But over the course of the following year, Devon finds herself slowly putting the broken pieces back together.
Now it’s senior year, and she’s determined to enjoy every moment of it as she prepares for a future studying the galaxies. That is, until Ashton shows up on the first day of school. Can she forgive him and open her heart again? Or are they doomed to repeat history?
From debut author, Ronni Davis, comes a stunning novel about passion, loss, and the power of first love.”
After having the publication date pushed back in order to make revisions, Blood Heir is releasing in just a few weeks!. The cover on the left is the U.S. edition and the one on the right is the U.K. Both are gorgeous! The author recently announced a pre-order campaign on her Twitter. All the goodies are beautiful! There’s even a special edition in the U.K.! The author also has two upcoming events for her book.
What releases are you excited about in November? Let me know in the comments!
