So… I’ve said these things about TBRs and how I can never stick to them. In reality this is just a loose outline of what I hope to read in the coming weeks and into next year, LOL.
I’ve got a few eARCs via NetGalley to read during the winter season. As I’ve slowly contemplated shutting down my blog, my goal is to read these and post reviews before the “official” shutdown date (I say that loosely as it’s something that isn’t quite “official” but something that I’ve thought about off and on. :P)
I absolutely loved Lord’s Tweet Cute, so I cannot wait for You Have a Match, which releases on January 12! My birthday is next month, so that’s always a good excuse to buy books, lol!
City of the Uncommon Thief and The Wide Starlight are both February releases, while Down Comes the Night releases in March. The very latter is touted as a “snow-drenched, gothic, romantic fantasy that keeps you racing through the pages long into the night.” So yeah… I’m here for that!
I promise I won’t put off A Sky Beyond the Storm simply because it’s too painful. I’m actually in the middle of re-reading the initial books (via audiobook) as a refresher because I want to go into SKY knowing everything, lol. The same goes for Empire of Gold. I want to re-read the first two books, but didn’t put them on here because they’re re-reads. I want to finally get to Dark Age as well. I re-read Iron Gold a few months back and promised myself I would continue the series but alas, it fell to the wayside. *stares at daunting TBR pile*
Okay, so this post is really just me trying to read the final books in series, LOL. A Vow So Bold and Deadly is the final book in the Cursebreaker series, one that I absolutely love and find a great loose Beauty and the Beast retelling.
I have yet to read Finale even though the author’s recently said her next book is set in the same world as Caraval. I think I’m just apprehensive because I thought Caraval was okay and enjoyed Legendary more. So…Finale is really up in the air for me. 🤷🏻
As for Rise of Fire, it’s a short duology and I reread the first book, Reign of Shadows, a couple of months back, thinking I would get to Rise of Fire soon after. Yeah…nope. 🤣
If you write a T10T post, leave the link below in the comments and I’ll be sure to check it out! 🙂

Woohoo! You can do it! I also cannot really stick to my TBR so I understand the idea of a loose outline…hehehe. I’m still cheering you on because if you can do it then maybe I can too. LOL

Loose outline is such a better way to put it. I definitely don’t stick to my TBR’s bc I’m such a mood reader. I am planning to read a lot on this list though!

I used to say I’m not a mood reader but the more I think about it, maybe I am! lol

I think this year might have turned a lot of people that way!

I also need to get back to the Tahir books. I think I’m a few behind now. I have a few other books to read before I get there, though. Happy reading!
