WWW Wednesday #4

These are seriously some of my favorite posts to write, so excuse me if I seem to ramble on… 🙂

WWW Wednesday is a blog meme started by Should By Reading. In this blog post, I’ll answer the following 3 questions:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

Review: “Hunted” by Meagan Spooner

I added this book to my TBR when I heard it was a Beauty and the Beast retelling. Top 5 Wednesday: Summer Reads

I work in a school district, and I’m fortunate enough to have a whole month off during summer. (I’m already counting down the days.) Of course, I always plan to accomplish a lot during summer, especially when it comes to my TBR pile. While I do have a TBR jar, I’ve been unfaithful to it lately (thanks, library!).

However, I’m glad to see I enjoyed this book more than AtBP, and listening to the audiobook was a fantastic idea because oh my goodness, I actually recognized one of the voice actors! (Thank you, FFXV! 😛 )

Review: “The Sun Is Also a Star” by Nicola Yoon

You know how we have those books sitting our shelves for months and months at a time before we actually get to them? I mean, I can’t be the only one, right?

Right?

Well, I hope so.

When I heard that Nicola Yoon was going to be at the North Texas Teen Book Festival this weekend, I knew I had to read her books. I felt obligated, too, because I felt strange meeting an author while I haven’t read their books. Anyways, that has been remedied! lol
