Review: “Two Dark Reigns” by Kendare Blake

Whew, this bookIt’s so freakin’ intense. It made me want to scream and shake some sense in some people. But you know, it was good, and I cannot even imagine what the fourth and final book will hold for this series!

I reread the first book, Three Dark Crowns (the link is to my initial review; in my reread, I ended up bumping my rating from 3 stars to 3.5), so I could progress in the series when Two Dark Reigns released. But I didn’t read the book as quickly as I thought I would, which meant I was foggy on some details. Fortunately, that didn’t stop me from enjoying this book. This review may contain spoilers for the previous 2 books.

This time it was a round-table event, where we all sat in a circle and could talk one-on-one with the author. I like how these feel so personal.

Yay! So I’m back to regular blogging now that NaNoWriMo is over! I’m currently working on a non-bookish post about my progress with NaNoWriMo and other things so keep an eye out for that soon!

Gosh, guys, I can’t believe it’s December already! I know people say that all the time but seriously, it’s almost Christmas! This makes me both excited and shocked that 2016 went by so quickly. But with the passing of December also comes January and… My birthday! I’ll be 28 in a little over a month. That’s crazy to think about to.

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
