It’s been a long time since I’ve done an unboxing, but I’m excited to reveal the items in OwlCrate’s “Finale” special edition box! This is the first time I’ve bought a special edition box of any kind. They’re more expensive than a regular subscription, but the items are so beautiful, I found it totally worth it.

I’m so happy I got this box. I haven’t been a subscriber to OwlCrate since I was disappointed in their July 2017 box, which was actually the last time I got a book subscription box. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about this box, though the theme sounded perfect! I’m thrilled to report OwlCrate’s April box was absolutely amazing!
And now that it’s May (*insert Justin Timberlake meme here*), I can show you all of the contents! Usually I wait a few more days just in case some people still haven’t received their box but… I can’t help myself! 🤪
Oh my word, it’s a miracle! I’m actually getting this out decently early instead of close to the end of the month, haha! That never happens, but unfortunately, a lot of the book blogging memes I normally do don’t have topics that interest me. 
I’m also sad to report that OwlCrate’s July box was one of my least favorite boxes.
When I saw this theme, there was no question in my mind that I needed this box. As an English major, I love the classics (well, British classics mostly) so I was thrilled to be able to purchase this box.

OwlCrate’s December’s box theme was “epic” and I really think they hit the mark on this. Not only did they provide gorgeous bookish items from great fantasy series like The Lord of the Rings and The Chronicles of Narnia, we also received a gorgeous copy of Of Fire and Stars, a story of a princess betrothed to a prince only to fall in love with the prince’s sister. I’m so thrilled to add this book to my collection.
I received this box about two weeks ago but I wanted to wait a while because I know some people don’t get their boxes as quickly as I do. 🙂
The theme for this box was “Royalty” and if you know anything about me, I am basically obsessed with all things royal (but I love the British royal family the most <3) so getting this box was a no brainer for me!
