ARC Review: “Girls at the Edge of the World” by Laura Brooke Robson

Happy June, friends! I can’t believe we’re practically halfway done with the year already. It hasn’t been a blazing 100 degrees where I live so I’m not quite convinced it’s summer yet. 😛

This review may contain spoilers. Feel free to check out my reviews of the first two books:

I think I like this series more than The Lunar Chronicles. Please tell me I’m not the only one? lol

When I first heard about it, especially with a comp title like The Phantom of the Opera and Moulin Rouge, I immediately added this book to my TBR. So bless the book gods when I was sent an ARC! I planned on starting it way sooner, but then the pandemic hit and so many books’ publication dates were pushed back–this one included!

I got stuck in a bit of a mental rut and wanted to pick up a book I’d been eagerly looking forward to so Where Dreams Descend kept popping up in my head. The synopsis sounded magical and the cover is gorgeous! Sadly, this book was a complete letdown for me.
